My QNAP NAS does not show in Acronis TIH 2015's NAS node on the file tree

In the six years I have been using TIH, upgrading year after year, I have never seen my NAS in the file tree in the NAS leaf node. I'm now using a QNAP TVS-671. As in the past, the only way I can access the NAS from TIH is via UNC paths. Supposedly QNAP is supported by TIH for a while now, but I still don't see it. Are there specific setting or services that must be running on the NAS to allow for discovery by TIH? Thank you.
