My_partitions_full_b1_s1_v1

ACRONIS 2014. PARTITIONS
I cloned my PC’s Hard Drive (±126 GB) onto a WD Elements external HD at the end of 2013
I think it was when I connected the WD Elements for the first time (Aug this year) the laptop kept on running and seems then to have created a partition (My_partitions_full_b1_s1_v1), large 13.6GB.
Seven days later a second partition was created (My_partitions_full_b1_s1_v1-2) now 150 GB !!!!!
I now have very little space left on my PC’s internal HD.
I bought a new external hard drive to make a “fresh clone” as soon as my PC is cleared of all the partitions and other excess files and programs.
1. Can I delete these partitions on my PC
2. If so, how do I delete these.
3. I wish to in future update my back up on the external HD
Any suggestions - I am not very computer literate
