I see the sticky for building a 64 bit UEFI secure boot etc to CD or USB flash. However, I have a 32 bit win8.1 pc that I would like to move to a 64 bit pc. running 8.1.

a. Can this be done?
b. Is there a sticky or instructions for a 32 bit machine?
