Need help creating Full Scheduled backups, using two separate hard drives

My backup drive is too small for anything other than a single version scheme. However if I have a problem with my system shortly after I've backed up, I would like to be able to restore from further back.

What I would like to do is once a week create a single version backup of C:\ on my backup drive E:\, and copy last week's single version onto my data storage drive D:\, and delete the two week old copy that is currently on D:\. All automatically.
Is this something that Acronis True Image 2014 can do? I am unable to figure out how to do it other than manually.

I'm also open to other suggestions, but do not want to fill up my data storage drive with backups.
Main Drive C:\ 400gb used out of 500gb
Backup Drive E:\ 500GB
Data Storage D:\ 2TB
