Need help understanding what is going on with Sync

Thread needs solution

I have ATIH 2012 set up and fully licensed on my three computers. On my main computer I have a folder for sake of discussion located as follows: c:\maindirectory\backupfolder

Within the "backupfolder" I have approximately 4GB of data that I want to protect and keep accessible across all 3 machines. I also thought that I should back it up to the Acronis Online Storage (which I have also elected to pay for).

Went ahead and created the syncronization folder and gave it the simple New Sync name of "Backup".

Of course now on my main computer under the Syncronization tab of ATIH 2012, it shows up as Backup along with the folder C:\maindirectory\backupfolder. Took a bit of time for the 4GB, but it eventually backed up online. I also had computer #2 join the sync. First, however on computer #2, I created the folder "ComputerAbackupfolder". I matched that folder up with the Backup sync by joining, and eventually the entire 4GB showed up there as well.

Repeated the exact same process with comptuer #3 and on the Synchronization tab with the "Backup" name, it has a green check mark, yet the Total size shows 0 bytes....days later!

Now if I clicked on the "Backup" name, all the files would be listed, only not where they are supposed to be.

Not trusting this error, I have chosen to "unsync" the "Backup" job from computer #3 (by chosing that choice from the gear icon). So now the mouse is spinning and I do not know what to expect.

Why aren't things storing where they are intended to be?

I have also noticed that in addition to the "Backup" job on my Synchronization tab, there is another "Backup" job lirking around in my computer. That can be seen by right clicking the Sync icon in the system tray, hovering over the Open sync folder, and seeing two different "Backup" jobs.

One that references Backup (C:\maindirectory\backupfolder) and another one that simply shows:
Backup (), with nothing between the parentheses. If I choose that one, it brings me to the My computer folder!

Can someone explain this to me? And why should my paid support already be expired when I just upgraded to 2012 less than 30 days ago, if memory serves me right.
