Need to know how to restore from two TIBs from one old server, onto a new server

Thread needs solution

I backed up using "Universal Restore":

Old server(w/ RAID) into 2 different TIB files:
- File1.TIB is C:\
- File2.TIB D:\ & E:\)

I like to restore these 2 TIB into a new server (w/ RAID); so far, not succesfully.

Boot from "Universal Restore" Disk, then:
Try#1:Restore both TIB's
Try#2:Restore just File1 TIB
Try#3:Restore just File2 TIB

When re-boot, I got the blue screen:
"*** STOP: 0x000000078 (0xF2428848,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x0000000)
INACESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Hello SirKingdom,

I'll do my best to help you with the issue.

I've sent you a special ISO image based on ISOLINUX loader that might help you. Please restore once again using the bootable media created with it and check if the issue still persists. You can find the detailed guide on how to restore a system to a different hardware at this KB article.

If restored OS still doesn't boot, please provide me with the following information:

  1. Do you have the same RAID controllers in your both systems and are they configured identically?
  2. Have you configured RAID before the restoration?
  3. Were there any errors during the restoration?
  4. Could you please confirm that you've used the correct drivers for your new RAID array (*.inf or *.oem files are supported)?
  5. Have you tried to boot into Safe Mode?

Additionally, please be aware that you are eligible for a free upgrade to the latest version of the software - Acronis Backup&Recovery 10 Advanced Server. You can find the information on how to upgrade at this KB article.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.
