Need a technical dev contact for an interop issue

Thread needs solution

Hello.
I have an system freeze issue with our product and Acronis TI (both 2009 and 2010). Completely reproducible with a very simple mini-filter.
Can an Acronis support dev please contact me regarding this issue? Thanks. (e-mail is in the account details)

I got in contact with Michael 4 months ago and provided the interop problem details.
I have not since received any any e-mail other to say the dev team will look into it.

I am surprised at how Acronis handles interop issues with other companies.

I regret that you faced this inconvenience and will be glad to help you. Unfortunately here we cannot control customer's communication with Development team, so weren't aware of the problem till you contacted us.

I have searched our resources but unfortunately couldn't find any case related to your e-mail. I assume you used another address for communication, and would appreciate if you could kindly specify me the case number or any contact data via PM so that we could take an action on this.

I have used the e-mail as in my account details. Michanel and I have exchanged e-mails back and forth, but other than saying the dev team will look into it, there was no callback since November.
I do not have any case number, since they didn't even look into it yet.
