Network Share Backup Fails with "Folder Already Exists"

Thread needs solution

My backup to a network share is failing. The network share is \\BUFFALO\SHARE\BACKUPS. I am able to test the connection to the share just fine without error. Screen snapshot is attached.

When I click on backup now, I get errors. The errors I get are :
1. Cannot Create Folder \\Buffalo\share\backups\.
2. The file (folder already exists.)
DETAILS: Event Code 0x00040013+0x80070087

When I click on Ignore, the job is terminated and the job is not saved. I am using True Image 2011 Build 6597 which is supposed to be the latest version.

I need help fixing this - the event codes are not listed so I have no idea where to look. Thanks.

Frank

In the backup definition, when you browse to you destination, do you see a link saying "specify your credentials for this destination"? Did you enter them? Does the user/password you specify has write/read rights on the share? Is the same user/password you use to access the share using Windows explorer? If yes, are you able to copy/delete files on that share using windows explorer?
