What am I doing wrong?

Karl-Heinz, please confirm what has been done here? Has the license been transferred to this computer from a different one, or from this computer to another computer?

The system report data you provided show Scripts and Database files with dates going back over one year which suggest that you have either moved this data to this computer or this is the computer where ATIH 2015 has been installed before?

I do not see any Service logs that show that any backup tasks have been run but can see backup scripts for upto 5 tasks.

Hallo!

I tranfer ATIH 2015 from another computer to this machine. Under "Konto" I read "Die Aktivierung war erfolgreich" The serial number shown is

T..-5..-W..-3..-U..-B..-V..-W..

Es wurden noch keine Backup task gestartet, da dies nicht möglich ist. The Button "Backup jetzt" does'nt do anything.

Greetings from Europe

Karl-Heinz

Karl-Heinz, please edit your previous post and remove the serial number so that this does not get used by other people and cause further problems.

I would recommend performing a repair install of ATIH 2015 or a full clean install if a repair is not possible.

To do a repair, start to install ATIH 2015 again and take the repair option if it is shown.

To do a clean install.

First uninstall the program via the Control Panel (or use an uninstaller such as Revo).

Run the Acronis Cleanup Tool (link in my signature below), then restart the computer.
Note: The KB document for the Cleanup Tool refers to checking for entries in the Windows registry - I have ignored this step on the occasions I have used it with no detriment, though if making changes to the registry, I strongly advise either exporting the registry before the change(s), or create a System Restore point, or image the drive for protection.

Reinstall the ATIH software (download a fresh copy from your Acronis Account if needed or if you don't have the latest build version installer).  Run the install as an Administrator (right-click on the installer to take this option).

Note 1: The cleanup tool will remove all your backup tasks and task history.

Hallo!

After deinstallation and new installation ATIH runs perfectly.

Thank you!!
