A new baby on the block?
Do we have a new baby on the block?...
I received this email from Acronis announcing the new Acronis True Image Unlimited, 1 license for 3 computers. Did anyone try this new product version and what are the first impressions, namely, the new UI (if any) as compared to the TI2015 UI (which is not great), the speed, the reliability, any issues encountered?...
It comes with the implicit suggestion of being compatible with the upcoming arrival of Windows 10, even though the few most recent versions of TI are already compatible. It also promises to be the "last" TI upgrade, and that from now on, the updates will be made much like other products already in the market, where an annual subscription will provide free access to all periodical updates.
Meanwhile... Acronis also put out a new build of TI 2015 that seems to have carried on some crass problems that had been reported as already resolved, such as this one here:

I am tempted to purchase and try it, but the recent track of Acronis in terms of "goofs" and also my experience with the 2015 edition refrains me from rushing into a quick jump to the water... :)
Any comments, please?
