Now i have an Samsung HD. Tryed to restore the Image to this HD but boot will failed connected over IDE on the origin PC and will fail on my other PC by boot over the USB - IDE adapter...

Why?
I have Bluescreen on my other PC with failure:

YOu did a disk mode (full disk inlcuding MBR and boot sector) backup of a hdisk with the active system partition to a drive and when you restored that image doing a disk mode (full disk inlcuding MBR and boot sector) to another hdisk, it wouldn't boot, it that correct?

Can you explore the backup image to confirm that yu backed up the correct hdisk?
Can you check, while in ATI, the volume labels to confirm that your restored from the correcdt hdisk to the correct target hdisk?

Is the new drive the same kind as the original that was backed up? E.g., It's not the dase that one was sata and one was pata? IF not, you probably have a problem of the wrong drivers in the image for booting the drive.

Is the new drive in the same machine and connected to the same connector as the original drive?

Did the original disk have a manufacturer hidden partiton and was the new hdisk a different size than the original disk? If so, you might need to restore again, this time specifying the size for each partitin and the order so that the manufacuter's hidden partition remains the same size and is place at the start or end of hidsk (however it was on the original) -- this is covered in the User Guide--this doesn't matter for most machines but it can matter for some, such as, iirc, Dell.
