New problem booting after clone with Windows 10

Thread needs solution

After upgrading to Windows 10, I made a clone of my boot drive. When it was done, I attempted to boot back to the origin drive but got a message 'Windows has problems and can not boot'. I tried to reboot four times, three times with an error message and one time offering to repair Windows. On the fifth attempt, Windows booted normally. This never happened with Windows 8.1 or 7.

Is TI changing a file that Windows doesn't like or is it creating a file that is causing this problem. It's scary when the machine won't boot without a clone to fall back on. But even with a clone, this behavior is unacceptable.

When booting to the clone, only the clone should be connected.
Either the clone or the originalo can be attached BUT NOT BOTH.
When both attached during bootup, Windows gets confused as it see two identifcal.

I had already disconnected the cloned drive before I booted (and had this problem).

You may have to run the Windows 10 repair disk, or reinstall Win 10.

Maybe some of the other can help you this type problem.
