No little green check next to sync subfolders

Thread needs solution

I have gotten the sync function to work successfully in a number of folders and find it very useful. However one folder which I have selected to sync doesn't seem to work correctly.

I select it and another folder to sync. This works. Both folders have the little green check next to them to indicate that they will sync. However none of the subfolders have the check. And none of them sync. What am I doing wrong? Any hints? Could it be because the folder contains too much data (this folder contains over 100GB of data).

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Green check marks missing on left blue column items.

Just curious, but if possible, can you expand the vertical line in or out a bit and see if they show up then?  In 2016, I don't see the green checks at first launch either with even regular backups.  If I resize the left column (blue area), then they show up, but have to do this every time.  I can't remember if resizing is an option in versions before 2015 though.

Christopher, what version are you using of Acronis?  Do you have any screenshots which may help show the issue you're describing?  Have you checked the actual sub folders in the two locations via Windows Explorer to see if they are indeed synched or not?  Where are the fodlers being synched - two different computer systems across the network or via a locally attached hard drive (USB or direct to the motherboard)?

Expanding the vertical line worked like a charm.  I can now see the green check marks.

Thank you
