No option to restore to another partition

I have several hard drives installed. Two have partitions I use to boot from. I back up the one I am currently using, but there is no option on the Acronis restore to restore it to the other.
It (the target) has Windows 7 on it. The source is Windows 8.1. I don't know if that has anything to do with the problem or not.
Partitioning is done with MBR. Selecting the MBR view does not show the target. The target is clearly there in Windows Explorer, Disk Management, etc.
