No Prompt to Use Acronis Universal Restore

Thread needs solution

I'm having the issue described in this KB article (http://kb.acronis.com/content/1823) but non of their fixes worked. Anyone know how to resolve this?

I also found this old furum but no fix was posted (http://forum.acronis.com/forum/12148).

Hi Ezra, Did you generate the Recovery Media from ATIH Plus Pack? It almost sounds like you may have generated it without the Plus Pack installed.

As an alternative, you can download the ISO from the Acronis website (logon using your account), and burn it to a CD and try that.
