When do you get this message and what is True Image trying to do when you get it?

I am getting the same error. The certification serve has not been available since I upgraded to True Image 2014 and purchased an additional 250G of Cloud space. I have Windows 7 Pro Home and am getting a bit disappointed with this process. Needing a resolution or needing my money back.

Have you tried connecting at different times?

Are you able to log into your cloud via your Acronis account page?

I'm wondering if deleting the certificate that is on your PC might cause a new one to be issued which would solve the problem. I've alerted Acronis to your post.
