No Response in Three Days?!!

Thread needs solution

I posted a support question on Friday titled "Calculating Time Never Ends" and have yet to get a response. It is not like I have other options. I am not willing to pay for support as I just barely obtain this software on January 1, 2014. The only option available to me according to your website is this post and hope someone answers forum. To date no answer. How long does it take to obtain an answer to a forum question?

I also sent an e-mail and have not gotten a response to it either.

As you might know, this is a community (user ) forum, just kindly monitored by some Acronis experts.
If none of the users has an answer to your question, you just might not receive an answer. At least your topic has been read > 60 times ;-)
If you really want Acronis to do something for you you might need to use the standard support channels........
