non-RAID to RAID restore (same PC)

Thread needs solution

We manage to create a "Disk restore Image"
We manage to restore it to a RAID disk successful.
Windows starts to boot but right before it lunches it reports an error: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart".
If we restore the same "Disk Image" onto a non-RAID disk, all goes well and windows boots up.
See some log files attached.

Whats the problem?
Please HELP!

Other notes:
We have loaded the all possible drivers.
We have also created a folder where we placed literally ALL *.sys *.inf *.cat files of ALL drivers that the manufacture produced for our SATA controller and MOBO CHIPSET. (Asus Z87 PRO)
(We feel that we master restore operations of non-RAID disks and from RAID to non-RAID but not the other way around.)
We using Acronis Premium and Windows 8 64bit

When you move from non-RAID to RAID you change the disk controller. Some AHCI capable motherboards allow migrating to RAID without a reinstall.
Are you using Universal Restore as you restore the image?

Correct! We change it in BIOS from AHCI to RAID.

With Universal Restore = OK (but windows 8.1 needs consecutivelly reboot before entering welcome screen)

Without = Operation fail
