Non Stop Back up failure

Thread needs solution

Non Stop back up was working but now I get the following error message when I try to run it: 0x00E40021+0x0000FFF0+0x800706BA

I searched for this on the Acronis site (as the message suggeste) but found nothing.

I have Acronis True Image Home 2010 build 7.154.

One possibility is that I may have confused Acronis by trying to maintain multiple back ups. I back up to external hard disks occasionally and have also had non stop back running in between times.

Unfortunately the code provided doesn't shed the light onto the issue cause. I wonder if you could gather Acronis Info from the problem machine, open a support case with it and let me know it's number?
