Non Stop Backup

Thread needs solution

Recently upgraded from ATI 2010+ to 2011+. Installation went fine. Backups transferred. Then non stop backup disappeared. Tried to use Expore Recover button get error cannot read file backup and non stop back shows0 bytes but continues show backup update times but no backup. Total system backup still there and ok. Can use and successful use ofrecover to restore a file. Incremental backup also works fine.

Try this:
- pause non stop backup
- delete the backup (not remove). This might error out.
- quit ATI
- delete the hidden folder called Time Explorer Storage
- restart ATI, add back the NSB and start.

Thanks
Deleted the backup and it also deleted Time Explorer Storage folder so I didn't have to delete. Used backup assistant and backed up using one step backup. It is working fine now and can explore backup.

Remember to keep a full system disk image handy in case your hard drive crash. NSB will not be enough to recover your disk in some cases. The full disk image can be done from time to time only, but it shouldn't be too old for you not being OK with going back to it if needed.
