i have 2 hard drive in my laptop, C: and S:, i want to know if i can remove the s drive letter so it is just a partition and still have acronis non-stop backup backup to the partition?

The partition must have a drive letter assigned to be used with Nonstop Backup. If you remove the letter, Nonstop Backup will pause on reboot (if not before) and error if you try to restart it.
