Non-Stop Backup causes network problems

I have True image 2013 Build 6514 running on the PC I use as a server which works fine with the following exception. If have Non-Stop back-up running all the time it definitely seems to cause my network to crash and eventually everything goes very slow and finally there is no access. I then I find I have to shut all the PC ‘s on the network down (there are only 3 total, so not big) then re-boot the server pc followed by the others. I thus find I can only run the system with Non-Stop Backup turned off and just run it occasionally eg morning and evening. Got any ideas why??
