Non Stop backup Filling Drive

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have a 500GB external USB drive used for NSB. Every so often (weeks rather than days) the backups stop and I get the error the drive is full (which it is). I was under the impression NSB would use all available space on the drive and then start to overwrite the oldest backups when I purchased it. From reading through the forums am I correct in saying that this is not the case and that these have to be deleted manually?

If so surely it can't be too difficult to incorporate this zas other products do?

Thanks

Neil

Hello user2 computers,

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties you have with Acronis True Image Home 2010.

Let me shed some light on the issue. Our developers are already aware of it and they're working on the fix. The fix will be surely included in the next official build of the software.

I'm really sorry, but I can' tell you the time frame when the new build of Acronis True Image Home 2010 will be released.

Please reply to this thread if you have any further questions.

Thank you.
