Non-Stop backup recovery problem

Thread needs solution

I have a folder that contains 214 sub-folders and some of those have sub-folders, the total size is about 21GB. When I try to restore that folder to a different location (I haven't tried restoring to the original location) it only restores the head folder and three of the sub-folders and then says operation completed successfully. What am I doing wrong? Win7 32 bit, 4GB RAM, 273GB space available.

Hello Peter,

Thank you very much for your post. I will do my best to assist you.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but at the moment there is not enough information to resolve this issue. From your description it appears that the recovery should work.

I would really appreciate if you can provide me with additional information:

1. Screenshots of your restore steps.

2. Screenshots of the original and of the restored folder.

3. AcronisInfo report.

4. Build number of our software.

You can send all the information to me via a private message.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or any other issues.

Thank you.

Thank you Anton for your suggestions. Rather than go through all that I thought I would try de-activating NSB, deleting the backups and starting again. The first time I tried it went perfectly. I wonder as I had restored a previous image, not the one the NSB was backing up, that somehow that affected it? Perhaps NSB will only work when the partition it was extracted from is the same partition that is still active? True Image is a wonderful programme and has saved my bacon for many years.
