Non-stop backup stops by itself without running to completion.

Thread needs solution

Today Nov 9 I logged into Acronis and noticed the non-stop backup had stopped on November 6. I tried restarting, but it stopped again without running to completion. There is no error message - just the message "The backup was stopped", with a big orange disk with an exclamation point in it. No explanation, no nothing that I can find. Also, I cannot find an information about this on the Acronis Website or the user forum.

I am running Windows 8.1 64-Bit and have the same issue. My non-stop is setup to back up "My Documents" & "Desktop" to a local disk D: drive. I have to continually reboot the PC to get the backup to run (restarting the service does not help) and sometimes that doesn't even work. There aren't any details in the windows log either. I am going to try formatting the D: drive to see if that resolves the issue.
