Nonstop backup causing blue screen

Thread needs solution

Hi. I'm running the latest build of Acronis True Image Home 2010 (7046). For some time with earlier builds I had a problem whereby nonstop backup would stop. Restarting was ineffective as it would just stop again a little later. Nothing useful in the logs. When I upgraded to build 7046 this became worse and when nonstop backup stopped restarting it would cause a blue screen.

I decided to reinstall my PC (Windows 7 x64) from scratch. The problem persists. After a clean rebuild nonstop backup still stops for no apparent reason and then causes a blue screen when I try to restart it.

Any help appreciated.

Saw your reply to Charles Lee, I am having similar problems with the nonstop backup but I am now also getting a BSOD when shutting down computer. This appears to be due to snapman.sys. I am sending my copies of the two files you requested from Charles Lee via Private Message
Hope it helps to fix the problems.
