Nonstop Backup do not save Files edited by Visual Studio 2008 / 2010

I work with Visual Studio 2008 and check out some files from Team Foundation Server. Then I edited the files. On my local computer I make a back-up with Acronis True Image Home 2011. In the Time Explorer Acronis shows that there was made a change. But when I restore this back-up the files are the old ones before I made the change. So Nonstop Backup didn't saved the edited files. After I updated my Visual Studio to 2010 it was the same.
So my question is: Is there a problem when working with Visual Studio and Acronis Nonstop Backup? Is it not possible to backup Files while editing them with Visual Studio?
