Nonstop backup fails

Thread needs solution

Hi!

I've just installed True Image 2013 on my workstation under win XP 32-bit (4Gb).
When I configured nonstop backup it starts well but after some time it stops even if the desktop in idle state.
For example, I started it at 23:55 and found it stopped in the morning.
So I had to restart it again. But it helped not so much because it stopped again.
Note, it didn't create initial backup so far. I've not seen it saying "completed .." for than 7%...
Estimated size of the folders for this nonstop backup is aout 70-80 Gb.

Is it expected behavior?

if so, can I get my money back?
What I needed is backup + kind of "time machine" that works without stopping my daily work by making desktop freezing all the time....

Please let me know.

You have 30 days to get your money back. Contact Acronis sales.
The storage of NSB is a hidden folder that is called Time Explorer Storage. You should see some files here.
After it has done its initial backup, NSB store some slices, if there are changes, every 5mn. The slices are consolidated into the main backup file every day.

It was bought in December 2012, but not used until this month. So...

Ok, how do I know that NSB finished initial backup?

Using NSB, look at the recover option, this will show you what it has imaged.
