Not Backingup All of The Email - Windows Live Mail

Picture 004 shows the file before backup filed
Picture 005 shows the Acronis program after the backup above was done.
Picture 006 shows the actual Acronis file from the cloud.
The problem is that the latest mail (EML) files are not being updated. The cloud has messages on file from 08/05. The actual mail file on the PC has files from o8/07.
The latest EML files are not being recorded on the Acronis cloud.
