Not enough space available on backup device Seagate NAS 110

Thread needs solution

I´ve some problems to backup to an seagate black amor nas 110 (2 TB netto, about 1,5 TB free, backup data about 500GB). Backup space is \\zeut\windows. If i try to backup to this share, i got he message that there´s not enough space available on the target. However it i ignore the message, the backup did fine.

What is the reason and how can i solve the problem?

It looks like the issue's caused by the product being confused with the path specified. In order to localize the issue, please specify the path to the folder via NAS ip-address (so it should look like \\[ip-address]\[folder name]). 

Should the issue remain, please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.
