'Not Enough Space' error - but there is plenty of space

Thread needs solution

I'm having a problem doing backups with Acronis True Image 2012 build 6154. I have a 60 GB partition that I am doing incremental backups to another drive, which currently has over 200Gb free. When I try to do an incremental backup of the changes since a week ago (which should be far less than the full 60 GB, since I'm only backing up the changes, and already have done incremental backups of this partition previously) I get the error 'there is not enough free space available'. This has to be wrong, since I'm backing up less than 50 GB (the last incremental backup was less than 10 GB), and there is over 200Gb of space on the drive.

What is wrong, and how do I get True Image to use this space? True Image itself is showing 197 GB free on the drive, and the entire partition to be backed up as 52 GB (and I am only backing up files, not sector-by-sector). I don't understand what the problem is. I've used True Image for years, and never encountered this before. Can anyone help?

Your screenshot is showing that ATI estimates the backup size to 331GB.
Click on multiple partitions selections and make sure you include the right partitions in the backup (you should include all partitions, even if you exclude content through file/folder exclusions, BTW)

If the size is still wrong, run chkdsk /r on all partitions of that disk.
