Not Happy with product: 5 days to get support or it's dumped.
I paid for your product, Acronis True Image 2015. And now I have to pay for support? I don't think so. I'll give the company 5 days to get me working on this product or I dump it for a simpler solution.
I had older TIB archives from when I had True Image Home 2012. I upgraded to 2015. I can't access the old archives. That is one.
Two, with my new Total PC backup, I cannot access any files in the archive to restore. On the 2015 home screen, I click on the left Backup as instructed, I see my one backup in the next column, but on the right I see no files or folders in that backup. Though it says backup has run and is scheduled to run per the frequency I set. so, what good is a backup if I can't get to files.
Knowledge Base has been no help. I'm tired of trial and error searching.

The attitude of pay for all suport even when it is 99.9% certainly a bug means I will recommend this as a product to be totally avoided.
When the product behaves as expected on a windows 8.1machine and fails to even produce a list of the backups when external drives are connected in windows 7 but worse still add in manual just does nothing except shut the browse window this should not need any payment for what is simply tenth rate software. Yes Idid try cleaning out all previous versions and reinstalling. It made no difference whatever.
This is clearly a product to be avoided except by users used to it and using the lates OS as the search in help does not even produce information using the key words and clearly the product testing in earlier versions is non existent.
Try search to find how to select what is backed up in non stop backup as one example of its appalling standard.
