THEY STATE IN THE MARGIN THAT IT TAKES THEM 3 DAYS TO RESPOND TO AN EMAIL AND ONLINE CHAT IS OFFLINE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.
FIRST OFF, I BOUGHT AN "UPGRADE" WHICH JUST TURNED OUT TO BE NOTHING MORE THAN AN OVERPRICED DOWNLOAD OF THE STANDARD PRODUCT. THEN THEY WANT TO SELL ME THE UPGRADE FOR $20 MORE THAN IT SELLS FOR ON AMAZON. THIS IS SITE A MONEY SCAM. I REALLY HATE DEALING WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO NEED TO BE DISHONEST TO GET A PAYCHECK. NO INTEGRITY.

Ah here we go again, firstly when you need support you get sent to a chat forum and secondly Acronis offers no solution to peoples important issues they just says 'it is an expected behavior for now. However, basing on rich feedback from our Customers we decided to change the program design.

What a crock of BS, wake up Acronis maybe it will take a class legal action to recover money from you for products that dont do as advertised to get you to wake up and fix all the issues in a program that people spend their hard earned money buying on your false advertising. And of course the 'Next Version' will only cost more money for the people who have already paid for a product that doesnt work. Do we have to consult our lawyers now?
