Notification Suddenly Stops Working

Thread needs solution

I've been using Acronis True Image 2013 Build 6514 since 2013. It has performed flawlessly taking backups and notifying me when the backups are completed. Suddenly the notification emails have stopped working; the backups still run as scheduled, just the email notifications have stopped. I've checked and rechecked the notification settings (I haven't changed anything), even Reset and then reentered everything. Still unable to send notification. I tried sending the notifications to another email account, but that doesn't work either. Any thoughts about why the notifications have stopped running?

Try changing the settings to SSL and 587 and then test
