NSB Not Cleaning Up

I have had NSB running for a week now, and so far, it has only cleaned up one day's worth of the 5 min backups. I thought that everyday between midnight and 1AM this was supposed to run the cleanup. Isn't that correct?

How can I make it run the cleanup?
