Ntfs rights administrator red cross after restoring image..

Thread needs solution

I restored my pc from acronis with an image but I had some trouble with a few problems uninstalling which said that I had no rights to do so.. which is bullshit

So I fiddled around with the rights to open it up more by adding and applying all users to allow all rights on the drive.

And so I got on the entire disk these rights:
Everyone: All checked
Authenticated Users: All checked
"User" (PC-name\User): All checked
Administrator: ( PC-name\Administrator): All checked
Administrators (PC-name\Administrators):Al checked
Users (PC-name\Users):All checked

Owner: Crysis (PC-name\User)

But with administrator there is a red cross! Which to my memory never was there before image. (btw I don't have the original drive anymore only the image.)

Now I don't have much trouble with the the rest of my apps it seems, but still I want to make sure I create a 100% healthy image. What does this red cross mean with administrator and which rights does a disk normally have and it's system maps?

windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, ntfs disk ofcourse.
