one .tib gets converted in 2 .vhd ??

Hello to all :)
As I convert a one .tib Image to a .vhd i get 2 of them ???
The .tib itself has 9,8 GB. When i convert it wit Acronis TI 2010 Home I get :
one wit 18,6 GB
and one with 9,6 GB ??
How is it possible and how can i use the Image for VirtualPC. ( which file do i use ? )
