Online backup is backing up a drive which has already been backed up!

Thread needs solution

History:
I had a problem with the non-stop backup. I tried to roll back an image from the night before and the system formatted my hard drive and nothing was restored on it - zero. It ended up as a bare 1.8 TB C: drive with nothing installed on it. I repeated the restore using an earlier date with the same results. The restore would not complete and exited out to windows about 20% into the restore.

So this non-stop backup does not work. It is useless! This was a mission critical machine in my company and it was very stressful knowing that this product had failed. Fortunately I had a full backup from a month previous and was able to restore everything but windows email. In the one month interim, I purchased the non-stop backup and had to re-register the machine with Acronis. I had a problem with this operation too, but managed to accomplish the re-registration. It was really klunky.

Since I lost all of my backup settings on what I wanted backed up which was apparently saved on my hard drive that was wiped, I had to reselect everything that was supposed to be backed up. I had a complete backup of three drives on this machine earlier before I did the non-stop restore which failed. They are the C, F and G drive, around 85GB. It took more thana week to get this done. Now I notice that the online backup of one of my drives, the G drive which was completed earlier after a week or so running continuously, is being re-backed up and none of the earlier folders are visible on the backup screen. All that time was wasted backing up this drive. In addition, it is taking up new space on Acronis servers. What the hell is wrong with this product and what am I supposed to do now? Do I cancel the online backup service and throw out the 2011 product which doesn't work as advertised?

I've had the online backup for less than a month and cannot get any support on it.

I should demand my money back for two installs of 2011 and the online backup. The system does not work as advertised and free tech support is non-existent.
