online backup cleanup is not working

My online backup got full, and now the clean-up utility doesn't work. It says that it can release x amount of space, but running it doesn't actually release any space. I tried all the options: deleting all but X versions, deleting month old versions, deleting week old versions, deleting all deleted files. Nothing works.

Also trying to manually delete some old already deleted folders doesn't work either. When you select the delete option, it removes it from the view, but logging out and in, it is still there, and the usage is still 100%

Also trying to delete the whole backup from the TIH client fails with error "The data you are trying to use is blocked at the moment. Please try again later."

I would have tried to resolve this through email or chat, but that option appears to be grayed out when trying to contact support, only leaving the forums as an option.

I have the same issue. The system tells me that I can release 68gbs but after the clean up process the space used is exactly the same.

Please can you let us know what I can do about this because my back up has now stopped working because it says the space is full but there us nothing I can do about that which is not right.
