Online backup errors

I installed ATI2013 without a problem. Before to proceed to installation, i uninstalled 'StandAlone Online Backup 2011', ATIH2011 and ran 'Cleanup Utility' (and checked the registry was Ok).

I recovered local backups, but for 'Online backups' i tried to use 'Continue backup here' button. To continue the backup then I reconfigured what files to backup and when. Backup process started and stoped with the error message 'Backup space is full' (in french 'Le stockage en ligne est plein'). If i look at the Acronis Cloud with the web interface, free space is about 110Gb (and MyPc backup 115Gb). And if i use the 'Standalone backup' program 'MyPc' backup size is 1Mb and free space about 220Gb.

I am in a big trouble because i am not able to do an online backup.

It's possible that after complete uninstallation of standalone online backup, clean install of ATI2013 doesn't recognize the existing backups as originating from the same machine. However this is just s speculation and I'd recommend you contact support . If your initial 30 days support of ATI2013 expired, specify 'standalone online backup' as the product as you have problem with online storage.
