Online Backup Problems

Thread needs solution

Updated Subscription Problems (in order of occurrance
Estimated 10 days for abt 5 GB backup--progress looked like that was the case
Tried to go to setup to assign full priority to bu
Online button grayed out--no way to get to set-up
Finally can get to button for unknown reason but get "Logging In--Please Wait" on both Sync and Online button--hungs there

Checked account status on line--log-in and status is okay

I was able to run once with the high priority setting but it caused the system to reboot b4 I could tell if it helped
Note--the backup display of processes undergoes spasms for awhile. When it quits, the Online button is active although still hangs up on "Logging in---"
Note Note--suddenly started working again although still 4 days at <1 M/Sec--don't know what's changing.

STILL BARELY MOVING--ONE FILE MAY TAKE HOUR TO UPLOAD

Well.
I am having the same issue.

It hangs on "logging in" when doing online backup and sync.
- logging in on the website no problem
- on another computer also no problem

already reinstalled, problem persists.

If anybody has a clue ...
