Online Backup Still Shows "Trial Expires after X Days" despite Annual Subscription

Since installing Acronis True Image Home Online Backup several days ago, I have continued to see a message "Trial Expires in X Days." Initially I opted for a monthly subscription, then after this kept appearing and telling me I had 7 days, I decided to buy the annual subscription. The message "Trial Expires After 15 Days" is now showing (same message yesterday and today). I read Article 8601. Closing and restarting does not solve the problem. Rebooting does not solve the problem. Deleting the certificate did not solve the problem, although I am willing to try it again. Any suggestions?

I had something very simmilar and used the chat help service and solved it that way. It was deleting the credentials and allowing it to be re-created which looks like what you have done. But maybe there is an order in doing it.
