Only one RECOVER option at a time for my 4 disk backups. Normal Behavior?
I am confused by TI2014.
In my setup, I have a 4 HDDs (C:, D:, E:, G:) I am trying to backup to an External Drive with multiple partitions -- backing up to B: and M:.
Here's my Issue:
After backing up each HDD to the external drive (4 separate routines set up) -- whether manually or programmed -- only the most Recent shows the "Recover" option. Meanwhile, each of the previous 3 backup routines now says "not backed up yet" in grey on the left, next to the drive lapel. This happens even though I clearly have existing backups saved.
For example: I have initial full backups for each drive. Now, Acronis backs up my C: Drive. It will then show the "Recover" icon on the right. And say 10 versions on the left. Next, I backup the D: Drive. Now, it shows "Recover" on the the right, and 11 versions on the left. However, the C drive (plus E & G) all no longer show the "Recover" option; and they say "not backed up yet."
Is this normal behavior?
I'd like the option to be able to restore any drive separately.
Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?
In case this info. helps:
I have each backup assignment scheduled separately. (i.e. my C: OS drive backs up to a folder on B:Backup. a 2nd backup is for my Digital Audio - D:Drive, to a second folder on B. Then I have a 3rd backup of G:Storage to a 3rd folder on the B: drive. And finally a 4th drive, E:Media, backing up to a 2nd partition on the external drive, to M:Media).
Thanks for any guidance!
Craig
