Operating System on H:

Thread needs solution

I have a PC with one Hard Drive, and a Memory Card Reader. when the PC was built the Hard Drive is identified as H:. Now this is a theoretical question. when I backup my Operating System and all the data, either as a disc image or a Partition Backup all goes fine.
What I'm concerned about is something that has NOT happened, and may never, but I'd like to Pre plan just in case. Suppose my system crashes, and I have to buy a new PC. With only one Hard Drive and no Memory Card Reader. The Hard Drive will almost certainly be C:. When I use TI to restore, would I expect it to recover down to H:? Will this be a potential issue with the changing of the Drive from H. To C?
Has anybody experienced a similar setup, and has the restore been an issue?
