"Operation Failed" with True Image Home 2009

I am trying to roll back some files from one of our incremental backups but restore (and verify) is failing with the error "operation failed" and no more information. I have tried rebooting the machine (running Windows 7 Pro x64) but that did not help. It seems to be creating the incremental backups fine (no errors in the log) and I was able to restore files last time I tried (around 18 months ago), so I'm open to suggestions!
