"Operation Successful" but showing "Failed" (red square) on Calender

Thread needs solution

Using WinXPSP3 and TI Home. I make manual images every 2 weeks, No problems until this morning.
This morning the image finished and showed the "Operation was successfully completed" message but there was a red square (Failed) over the 3/15 date on the calender.
I verified the image and again got the "successful" message. The logs for the image and the verify look OK to me (no red x's or errors shown
I didn't have enough room on a separate hard drive to restore the entire image, so I restored just the Documents & Settings file, It took several minutes to do and again showed the "operation successful" message.
Since my last "good image"on 03/01 (i.e. image didn't show the red square on the calender), I switched AV apps. I replaced AVG9 with Comodo's AV.
When I started TI Home this morning, Comodo's AV recognized it as a new app and after I clicked to allow, TI Home ran to completion and showed the operation successful window
So at this point I don't know if the image I made this mornign was successful or failed.
Any suggestions about what to do next?
I'd really appreciate some help.
Thanks
