Operations are in Progress" Issue

Hi --

Have endured this problem for several years, now. Was wondering if it exists in 2014 version. Customer chat says, they haven't heard of this issue in 2014 version and they have many customers.

I always backup my computer when I feel I have a strong need. I never schedule a backup. Yet, this software seems to take over my computer even though I never schedule it.

Am satisfied with the actual backups, but am thinking of going to other software. I can't afford the tie-up of my computer for several hours at a clip.
