Thread needs solution

Hello,

since 3 days I have problems with shutting down Windows 7 64bit. It seems this problem in a known problem with acronis. I found a solution, but this solution doesn't fit for the true image version as I miss the "Machine Options". http://kb.acronis.com/content/19016

Where can I find the Machine Options or how else to solve this problem?

I believe the setting you are looking for is under Validation. Uncheck the option to perform Validation after a back up has ocurred and let us know if this solves your issue. We recommend validating manually on your own schedule so that use of your system is not interrupted.

Unable to boot into Windows even after power cycle and safe mode does not even work. So there is no way to get into windows to apply the fix for KB19016.

How do we get the system to boot into Windows to make this change?
