Operations are still in Progress .... - ISSUE REMAINS IN ATI 2015

Dear Anna and or anybody else that can help

The issue "Operations in progress" shutdown remains in the latest build of Acronis True Image 2015 (6525).

When I shut down the machine displays the "Operations are still in Progress..." message forever, the hard disk light is on but it is unclear if the hard disk is very busy or just stuck - the only way to stop is an unhealthy hard stop risking disk corruption.

Today I retried, just in case, prior writing. 3 hours later the "Operations were still in progress" and hence I decided to hard stop.

I am running Acronis True Image 2015 (6525) on Win 8.1(64bit) and the issue happens each time I shut down the machine.

I have tried to move the backup from recurring to manual with no change. I tried to keep NAS used to store the backup connected to see if this was the issue to no avail.

Only way to avoid the issue is to kill all six Acronis software and services prior switching off.

I am not sure if by killing the services or hard stop I am also affecting the capability to recover my backups. This is major concern.
