Our office purchased Acronis products under another employees email whom no longer is with us. We need to retrieve the updates.

I am contacting you to let you know that we have purchased TrueImage and also Acronis Snapdeploy. The TrueImage was registered with my email address. The Acronis Snapdeploy was registered with another employee whom is no longer with us. We need to download the bugfixes for Snapdeploy and change the registered email address to my email. Please help.

Feel free to email me, and I will provide you the email address of our coworker whom registered the Snapdeploy licences in his email address. I appreciate your help very much and am awaiting for your response via EMAIL.
